I recently bought a 16 mo old, beautiful QH Stud. He's out of the Kid Clu blood lines and is already as big as my 4 year old and 10 yr old QH mares. (they aren't pastured together-so I don't think this is the problem)But, I can't tell if he is shying away from me due to the environment he is leaving, or if he is intionally trying to hurt me. My husband thinks he is crazy and that I should send him packing, but something in me wants to hold on. He was a halter horse and was supposedly shown this season, so I think that he should have been handled plenty- but sometimes he intimidates me. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
