How much pre-riding ground work did this mare get? If she has not had enough foundation work put in that could cause this problem. Also, is the saddle 'grabbing' her in any way when she goes from the trot into the lope? That could be the problem. There are a lot of variables here - could the bit be bothering her? I'd go right back to the basics with her and try to work through the problem. If she's pretty green, she likely hasn't figured out how to keep herself in balance carrying weight - just takes time and patience. Good luck.
