dairy barn convert to equine use?

HElp! We would like very much to 'talk' to someone who has converted a dairy barn w/concerte floor, gutters, etc for horse use! ceilings are 8 ft from highest part of floor... we'd just like to know what worked for you - and more important, what didn't!
