Need a to lease a horse in Twin Cities

I am looking to lease a horse to for riding practice. I am an advanced beginner, taking lessons. The horse need to be gentle, well trained for western pleasure. I am willing to feed, groom and muck stables and or pay for my time. I live it the western Twin Cities, Minnesota.
