We are a newly formed 501 c 3 organization in New Mexico. We preserve and promote the rare and rapidly dissappearing "Colonial Spanish Horse", also known as the "Spanish Barb". We also rescue and rehabilitate wild horses, 'domesticated' horses designated for slaughter and provide fostering and adoption of rehabilitated equines. Presently we are in need of a 4 horse trailer (for our rescue work, and our educational programs which involve bringing some rescued horses into the local schools)as well as donations of other items such as portable corral panels, a 9N tractor, hotwalkers, heavy plastic buckets, manure rakes and some training equipment such as lightweight western saddles, headstalls, etc. Cash contributions are also welcome to help defray feed and veterinarian costs.
