Just out of curiosity, do you have horse experiance too? I'm not trying to offend, so please don't be angry, but you might want to try leasing a horse first before buying if you have no horse experiance and your daughter is the only one with it, so then you can see if she sticks with the chores of horse ownership, and make triply sure she knows how to handle any situation that comes up.
