I'm also interested in HYPP or Impressive syndrome in horses other than AQHA, anyone out there with a diagnosed HYPP horse that is not directly related to AQHA or Impressive?

: I found a reference on a site (UCAL Davis School of Veterinary Med.) discussing Impressive Syndrome (HYPP). It suggested that some arabian bloodlines exhibited some behaviors which looked similar to Impressive Syndrome.

: I have an Arabian Gelding who may have a glitch which drives him to extreme behaviors when under stress. This includes stretching his neck and grinning while chomping his teeth and that usually precedes some other hyperactive behaviors.

: Has anyone heard of or seen anything related in Arabians?
