My horse gets cranky when his buddy leaves. You could get her a free campanion. I don't know where you live, but they have a couple free sweet ones in NY on equine.com. I'm sure you could find one for real cheap or free where you live. Hope you figure out what to do. you could also try getting her a toy to play with. Good Luck!

: i live on a small 30 acre farm ,my dad gave my boys a mare, what i did not know was that he didn't seperate the colt from her before giving her to us., now blaze is really upset, she tries to bite and she doesn't what us to come to close to her anymore, bfore she came here she was a good mare , now we are having trouble with her, i know i'd be mad to; but i don't know what to do to make her happy again. i have always be around horse's as a child but never had to deal with this, our neighbor told us to only give her hay and water for 2 weeks but to me this is creal i won't do that to her can anyone help me on what to do to help her calm down again, we do love her so much, we even thought about getting another hosre for companionship but at this time money is limited. i even thought about a recue place for another horse but they are higher then alot of people trying to sale a horse. anyway i would be greatful if anyone can give me help with her,
