Hello:
I am a concerned horse lover who lives in Mi. I was hoping that someone could help me and or answer some questions I have. Do Horse-boarding felicities have to keep up to some code to stay in business? I am very upset due to a felicity that charges $400.00 a month for board yet can not keep there fences safe for the horses that are on the property. I find it appalling that the owner can spend all this money on the finer things for himself like a boat, new truck and going out to the bar all the time to get drunk, and yet he can not take proper care of his property to keep all the horses safe. Please let me know what I can do about this matter for I happen to want to keep these horses from enduring any unnecessary injuries that might be caused to the offal maintaining of the fencing.
