Hi Marcie - As long as there's no infection, there's probably no reason to panic over this - if the gelding is still a youngster (were these adult teeth or baby teeth?) the teeth will come in as adult teeth, if these were adult teeth knocked out they obviously won't grow back, but shouldn't cause any serious problems. Chewing happens with the molars, not the front teeth - he might have a harder time grazing, but if she's feeding him it should be okay.
