free horse

I am looking for a horse for free lease or very cheap for my 13 y/o grand daughter. I had a morgan mare that she got very attached to but unfortunately the mare passed away on new years eve, (she was 27). I dont have a lot of cash to pay for the horse but do have enough to supply plenty of food and hay and lots of love and attention..If you can help, please contact me..thank you so much...
